"Abundance To This Person" Pendant: Notes from the Artist 

For this design, I started out with a list of keywords for inspiration:

• Success
• Abundance
• Prosperity
• Blessings
• There is enough
• Flourish

I then used this word list to brainstorm a whole bunch of visual concepts. I doodled all kinds of ideas -- spirals, seashells, apples, triskeles, circles -- until I thought of the Oak & Acorn, and then I knew I had my concept. A few scribbles later, and the idea took form: big healthy leaves and acorns, around a repeating and rejuvenating spiraling circle.

The Oak Tree, and in fact the entire green world, is an alchemy of light and water and earth. By combining the Sun of Success with life-giving rain, each growing tree is, essentially, solar and hydro power transformed.

Oak trees have long been symbols of prosperity and success, for hundreds (or probably thousands!) of years. I just love how this design has a classic and timeless look to it, despite being brand new.

The Oak & Acorn also speaks to the idea that true abundance is *not* a zero-sum game. Just as individual trees can flourish in the forest, so too, individual people can live healthy and abundant lives together on the earth. We can create a world where *all* can thrive.

I chose Green Aventurine to pair with this piece. I wanted that very classic green look to match with the oak & acorn from the proverbial greenwood. This pendant has the feel of an instant classic. It's a perfect choice for anyone seeking prosperity and abundance in their life.
