• Offering order-by-phone and by-email, or by website if available
• Offering curb-side pickup, or delivery by mail, for customers who don't want to come in, or if the store is closed-to-the-public.
• Moving readings, meditation classes, & gatherings to phone, skype, or online
• Offering gift certificates, for your customers who want to help their local small businesses, especially if you are temporarily closed or closed-to-the-public
• "Personal Shopper Service" if customers want to call in an order, pay by phone, and arrange a quick curbside pick-up. (Hat tip to The Sojourner Whole Earth Provisions in Greenville, NC, for this great idea!)
