Solstice is coming up soon. That's always a good time for reflection, even if I've gotten away from reflection earlier in the year. Thank you for being here. 

The phrase that is always upon my mind lately is: 

Fill everything you do with you-ness

This is a quote from geopsych on tumblr, and I may have shared it with you before, because it rattles around in my mind a lot, like, a-lot-a-lot. 
 
I *know* you have heard this ten thousand times before. And may one day it sink so deeply into your heart that it will never leave: You are great. What you do is great. When you can tap into who you truly, what you truly love, and what energy you most wish to embody, you will be able to fill your every action with the full power of your core self, your inner spirit, or whatever you like to call it. 
 
Life has so many ups and downs. The world can use all the good energy it can get. The best thing any of us can do, is to know the goodness that we are at core. To love and accept who we are, and then to share that energy with those around us who we encounter going about our life.
